Supervision

Supervision as an instrument of quality assurance and also to relieve the workload has meanwhile become highly valued and established standard not only in the social field. It is essential that, as a supervisor, I am not involved in your operational activities myself and can therefore be available as a neutral conversation partner.

If you would like to reflect on your actions in a professional manner, if you want to discuss your cooperation or shared work in a team or if you want to clarify aspects of cooperation, organization-specific questions etc. together with the manager, then supervision is the method of choice.
In an order clarification meeting, the goals of supervision, the group of participants and other questions about the setting or the framework conditions are discussed.

Systemic thinking and theory form the basis on which I accompany you as a supervisor. Solution orientation, resource orientation and neutrality are not just empty terms but reflect my advisory attitude.
